Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to return an order that is in good condition within 14 days without providing any reason.

The return period is 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered goods.

Return conditions.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The returned item is in its original, undamaged packaging. The item must retain its commercial appearance and be complete.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned, such as perishable goods or items past their expiration date.

• Items that, due to health or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.

• Items that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
